The cost of the trip is estimated at $2,000 per person and we have the goal of raising $10,000 to $15,000 to off set the additional cost for each person. If we meet our goal, which we firmly believe we will, the cost of the trip will be estimated to be $1,000 per person. The cost will cover light construction supplies, paint, paint supplies, tree saplings, airfare, room, food, ground transportation, along with all other basic needs. All the money spent on this trip will be tax deductible.
H2H will take the money donated to them and actually purchase the airline tickets for us.
If we do not raise the money we will be responsible for covering the balance.
H2H is not making money on this trip. The money raised is to pay the true cost of the trip including light construction supplies, paint, paint supplies, tree saplings, airfare, room, food, ground transportation, along with all other basic needs.
