Accommodations




We have a prearranged representative named Josh Jakobitz, a Kansas City native, he will pick us up from the airport in Haiti on June 9th
We will have a travel time of 30-60 minutes depending on traffic from airport to guest house (see attached link for image)

Dorm style rooms sleeping 12 plus flexible space if needed. All sleeping arrangements will be separated by gender.

Hot Breakfast / dinner
Once we arrive at the guest house we will have an orientation and dinner (bed early)

Monday we will work our way to Cascade Pichon (see attached image)
This will be a full day of traveling to our first stop at Cascade Pichon.  We will stop 3 or 4 times to relax and take in some of the landscape / culture.   We will have lunch at Pine Forest.

We will spend our secound night in the Cascade Pichon Mountain Region and start our first project planting tree saplings (Arbres Saveurs) a fruit bearing tree.  In three years it will produce enough fruit to be used as a cash crop.  Once the tree is fully grown (5 years) it will be able to shade coffee which will be grown underneath for an added cash crop.

Our accommodations at this location will be at the H2H guest house that can accommodate 14 / hotel style rooms.  Hot water is limited at this location.
After a hard days work we will go to the falls and enjoy a nice hike to a local small village.
